The only thing that I would change is the highlights. To my taste, they are too hot. Areas that go pure white should be reserved for specular highlights like the glint in your eyes, or a sparkle in a glass. Otherwise if the regular highlights are too bright they dull the specular ones and you lose some depth. For instance, your right eye could stand out so much more if the highlight in the cheek below it was just a tad darker.
But I am going to assume, based on the nature of this image, that you intended it to be this way. So you still get 9 from me.
