There is a big zit up there... just messing... I think the scratch effects are too much... but that is just a personal opinion, I do think if you didnt have them though the image would be boring... so Im kinda stuck in the middle... nice image though...

I agree about the croping on the head but I like the scratches.
Maybe less on the face but it gives a nice effect everywhere else.

well perhaps giving us the type of magazine you had in mind, would give us some context to put this in...

not sure about the crop of the head, but perhaps that is a trend in certain magazines your emulating...(I am sure we read different ones) and same with the colours.. they seem a bit muted/hazy to me....

I do like the soft lighting.. does a very nice job at showing us the model and her clothes, her pose and expression seem pretty natural..it's a great jacket btw..

Nice shot, really pro for magazine cover

the cropping on the head is all right, that´s not fault - take a look how well known photographers make a portraits or figures
blue and red colors works very well.
i like how you made the post, scratches, colors etc. +10!

There is nothing wrong with cropping the head but i would crop it even more, a little bit above the eyebrow, also the image could benefit a little more contrast, try tweak the levels a bit and you have a nice coverimage

Nice shot.... my only beeyotch is the scratches/ marks on the nose.
I can see the cropped head being an artistic statement - and also good if she just happens to have a REALLY BAD HAIRDO!

Nice work, good colors!! I'll vote on the side of conformity here (something rare for me), and say I'd prefer no scratches and a full head shot. It is your version however and very well done!

Good pose and positiong....It looks as though you did your best not to 'scratch' over the model, except for the face. The lower 2/3 didn't seem to get the same treatment. Otherwise nice stuff +9

I would probably do a full headshot, since most magazines don't crop off the top of their model's heads. The scratches are ok, depending on what type of magazine look you're going for. I think the colors could be a bit more saturated, as they appear to be a bit blown out.

I like the pose and the colours - it has a nice urban feel to it.

+10, great use of scratches, texture, and composition........no crits, save maybe the lighting........but I'm not sure, its great as it is.............nice job
